The owner President C. Jewell started Primal Public Safety LLC (PPS) with his co-owner Vice President C. Patnode in 2025 based out of Blue Springs, Missouri. The president and vice president of PPS wanted to start the company to help make properties safer and to make the communities better as a whole! 

The owners of PPS every month on the first go out and help the homeless by bringing food, water, clothing and attempt to assist the homeless as best as they can!
